When services begin, every client starts with an initial conversation by phone or video. This gives us an opportunity to learn about your needs, discuss your goals, and answer your questions before scheduling an in-home treatment.
For post-operative clients, we review your procedure, stage of recovery, and surgical team's instructions to help determine whether treatment is appropriate. We also confirm your address and whether we can offer in-home services there. Your first conversation also gives us an opportunity to explain the next steps and what to expect from your care.
Where do we offer in-home services?
In-home services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and select North Shore Long Island communities: Manhasset, Roslyn, Greenvale, East Hills, Sands Point, Brookville, and Kings Point. Availability is confirmed individually, including confirmation of your address.
How should you prepare for your treatment?
Once your treatment is scheduled, please have the following available:
- Your procedure type and date, if applicable
- Your surgeon's post-operative instructions and medical clearance, if required
- A current list of medications and relevant health information
- A clean sheet for the treatment surface
